Hey all,

Xanatos, bosco, and I were staff kicking Uscari around relentlessly. Admittedly an annoying experience to go through lmao. Crouching seems to be universally acknowledged amongst experienced players as an easy way to avoid getting kicked. Uscari endured getting staff kicked for 15-20 min until he finally crouched. I said "oh no, the AI discovered crouching" as a joke because of how he so stoically seemed to take the constant kicking from 3 staffers.
Uscari seemed to interpret this in a very hostile manner. He said "I hope that wasn't condescending" or something along those lines.
I responded "shame tone is so hard to detect over text." This was genuinely my way of saying that I didn't mean it was condescending. My voice inflection IRL would have given it away that it was a joke. It's a well-known problem that tone over text is pretty hard to decipher which is why people generally feel the need to include smiley's (I guess I can see the wisdom behind that now.) Uscari seemed to interpret this as something worth silencing (I'm not sure exactly what rule justifies this as a silence if anyone can clue me in). And, without further inquiry or dialogue, he silenced me for 3 minutes.
Once unsilenced I inquired about why the "shame tone is so hard to detect over text" is worth a 3 minute silence. He didn't really answer my question besides referring to something that had happened over an hour earlier when I told Madon to "stfu" for pretending to have been in KR, JAWA, and ess.
At some point in the conversation he started provoking me saying I definitely made a mistake and that I'm not mature enough to recognize it. Again, I'm very unaware as to what rule warranted my silencing when I said "shame tone is so hard to detect over text."
I would understand a misinterpretation, whereupon clarified, Uscari would acknowledge that the message didn't warrant a silence. Instead, he refused to be transparent about his reasoning, refused to acknowledge that I didn't mean it in a condescending way, and proceeded to call me immature and declare it my mistake.

Disclaimer: I am not attempting to stir the drama pot with this post. I genuinely don't think my actions warranted a silence. I am not advocating for any punitive action against Uscari. He's basically the best admin on the KR server. I just hope he sees this wasn't the right thing to do.
