Hey guys, for my Android app I made these images as it's background wallpaper. I know I used Photoshop to make them. But now as the phone resolutions are getting bigger, and tablets, I'd like to make them again with a higher resolution. I've spent a few hours looking through Photoshop to remake them, but I cannot remember how I did them originally >.<

Does anyone know how I made these??!?

Although the forum doesn't show it, these are a light grey and transparency mix so it adopts background color behind it. Note these aren't repeating patterns or a stamp, but I'm sure I used that kind of feature to make them.

Those are all different generic filter textures (for the most part). Open up the filter gallery and you should be able to find most of them. I will be on Skype later tomorrow (10/16) and I can help out more - this is just a quick response.

-Side note, sorry for double post, in a hurry, I can affirm that they can all be easily recreated in a matter of seconds.

This takes me back to my high school days when I used photoshop all the time. Looks like some filters.
1. could be water paper
2. texturize with sandstone
3. craquelure
4. stained glass over a radial gradient
5. underpainting or conte crayon or rough pastels or texturize with canvas
6. graphic pen or smudge stick
7. note paper or reticulation (hard to tell on this one)
8. craquelure against with some levels changed
9. fibers
10.noise or diffuse glow or film grain
11. looks like a gaussian blur of something, maybe a diamond gradient? can't really tell.

Just adjust the levels on the various filters to get what you want

Hope this helps :)

<-- Feels like a retard now

Thanks Key, that's exactly how I made them! I know they were all default, and all in a nice list, I just couldn't find where!!

Basically, its a 50% Gray fill with various filters applied - and nothing else. I may of knocked back the opaque % on the layer if it was too dark, but that was pretty much it. Cheers again.

I just wanted to say thanks to John too. When I went to recreate them I found some of those aren't a straight filter, so it helped to see what combinations I used :)
