The first time I played Movie Battles I was flabbergasted by the lightsabers. The saber trails were actually REALISTIC compared to base JKA. I tried and tried to find similar saber trails for base JKA, but NONE of them sufficed. NONE of them came close. Ever.
One day I decided to download MB2 and tear it apart. I sat through about 3 hours of digging, looking at what is necessary to make the saber trails appear as they do. I came to the conclusion it was impossible to replicate it exactly with my current skill level of such modding, so I did what I could.
I bring to you, "Physics-Accurate" saber trails. The saber trail is longer at the tip and shorter at the base, how a lightsaber should be. This is how the trails are portrayed in the movies and MB2. It's not spot-on perfect and if you have a mod that IS, please do post it so I can commend you.
PLEASE NOTE: These only look their best whilst you are experiencing a rather high FPS (I'd say 110+ FPS). I don't know why, but when there is a lower FPS the very far-end 6 inches of the saber trail extend further than what the illusion was made to produce. Thus it gets a strange appearance and slightly bothers me. Although it may not bother you. Also, the katas' trails are significantly shorter.
INSTALLATION: Just download the PK3 and put it into your JKA's base folder. If you need further instructions, ask.
