I checked just now, it has uncrashed (unless Fal reset it). It seems to be crashing a couple of times a day although the lag seems to have subsided. ET have hinted that's its a setup issue, so we are working on this now

The difference between them and us, we have a Jawfin. If they had half a Jawfin the problems would have been solved a while ago
