By retarded i mean "The most crappy & pathetic music". It doesn't have to be annoying, as much as simply sucking. Music that are bad. Last place in any charts. Etc.

If you want terrible music, look up "Top 10 hip-hop songs" And you'll find 10 terrible songs. Not to bash the genre, just most of the new hip-hop songs these days are awful, in my honest opinion. x.x
