I read your rules and i'm sure i have abuse to report -.-

in the ugly shape of taipan


he slapped then slept another player for hugging i forget his name but they said it was ok but i dont beleive it. then i get silened for questioning with him as that was disrespect a admin i think i said 'orly?' and silence

the person who got slept told me your webpage. i have played here a few times some may remember me and i know the rules i follow them i play good and i never lamed or swore or anything your tiapan is a lose canon

im am annoyed that i have to look after you look after yourselves for once -.-

And I'm annoyed with that attitude. Don't use large scale words, it brings no good in such situations. Then, I guess you didn't really read all about reporting admin abuse. For abuse you have to have some "material" evidence, that's f.e. screenshot.

If he admin abused we'll take a look, but If I were you, I'd be more careful in writing.

imho just go ahead and close it... no evidence / witnesses and hes apparently trying to be annoying

Don't really have any reason not to believe him, I guess. Might as well take a look at server logs (more work for admins)~

He may not have evidence (or at least to our knowledge) but you cant just dismiss a claim like this..

I kinda agree, yet i disagree with the action. It could all be avoided if.. meh I wont go there, what's happend have happend!

Atm it seems like both are "right" (or in this case, wrong).
And, even IF it were wrong, what should KR do? PUNISH Taipan? Why? What cause does that server? You did annoy him. On purpose after he asked you to stop.

However, did he slap the first time you said dont spam-hug? If he did not, this shouldn't be concidered admin abuse (my opinion).

Since when can hugspamming be admined? i seem to have missed this amendment.

You can bluff about it, but if you actually do it :\ it doesn't remain a bluff.

i believe taipan did in fact abuse his authority, just because you are the higher ranking admin does NOT mean EVERYTHING you say goes, i certainly see no real reason for your silencing batman, all he did was call you out on abuse that was apperent

I don't remember being given the right to sleep someone who is hug spamming back when I play'd JKA. Yes it can get annoying which is why you invis them. But even then, that was only temp. Dunno if rules changed but, reading that whole log sounds a little bit abusive, and maybe handled in inappropriate manner.
Silencing him instead of talking to him about it was probably a little harsh also.

I noticed after this part, it almost seems like he was left in a corner or something and you went to dueling Tiddly and others leaving him there instead of making sure he knew what he did wrong(which by what I see "hug spamming")
If I had a say in this/witnessed this. Then I would probably call it admin abuse also.

As i said before, you can bluff, u can't actually admin. I've bluffed like this to put ppl in thier place.

You abuse your authority too much tai. And the worst of it is that u dont apologize, and act like they did the wrong thing by calling you out/making a post here. :\

I still think both of them are "wrong" and "right" @_@ I LOVE KR and wishes for their admins to ... use other means instead of admin to stop annoyances (like duelling, or simply running away. after all why play JKA if you didn't?)

i was hugging Tai and got slept, i have no hard feelings over this. afterall he told me to stop. sometimes i just like to annoy one of the few people that can beat me consistantly. whether or not action is taken over this. I DON'T CARE. i got slept for less than 10 seconds, boo hoo. i actually lol'd at it and took it as a joke. afterall, i was just playing around, i would assume with me Tai was too. the arguing with admin however, was unnecessary. this thread shouldn't be about me. thats my choice to post if it was. if anything, this is about arguing with admin, and we all know how that is. Its like bringing your own food to MacDonalds... you just don't do it. Tiddly hath spoken.

i believe the main issue on weather this was abuse was the fact he silenced batman for relatively no reason

Im in agreement with most people here despite my opinion not meaning as much these days lol, the situation was not dealt with correctly and Tiddly, you are right, taking your own food to macdonalds, you just dont do it, but you dont get abused and the cops called about it!

Be very glad that Batman didn't post proof, as I think he was trying to say that its not his job to do that (the problem being visitors ask for the web page and read the rules after they've been abused).

As Taipan posted his log in public, I don't feel bad in listing all the abuses here: -

This may be a bit embarrassing to you Taipan, having to address this in public. But I feel its politer then stripping your admin. I suggest you reacquaint yourself with the Admin School and its rules, even note my final sentence in that link posted above.
