I enjoy reading and writing stories, however i must admit that im not very good at the sience-fiction part of storymaking and as an old Roleplayer im more focused to the fantasy aspect of it all.

I have been playing Never winter nights since it was first released ages ago wich have me spending alot of my time on online servers doing just that, roleplaying. But i usually take my time creating a character, making sure that the said characters backround story, description and such is well made before i venture into the lands of wichever sever i visit.

I thought i'd share the backround and description of one of these characters and hopefully some of you will enjoy reading it. Since this usually comes up alot i shall adress this here and now, yes my irl person is a male and this roleplaying character is a female. the point of roleplaying is to roleplay something you are not. What better way and challenge is there to play the opposite sex? Anyway, i shant drag this rant out any further.

[The Birth]:

Long ago when the realms were not quite so ancient, when the battles of light and darkness had not become a childish blur of atrocities, there was an ancient and powerful dragon. Her might was very nearly unrivaled and by her whim she reigned with both terror and dominion. This dragon had many rivals, as all powers do, yet with chaos spouting from her dark magic those few that challenged her were forced to concede defeat. So she continued to grow in power, in infamy, and in insanity as she herself began to be consumed as many others had been by her own powers.

Yet for a great chaos and darkness, so too must exist a light of order to bring tranquility where there is change. Alone, these forces destroy or stagnate; yet together they can bring the most important thing of all, happiness. A celestial council was called and one amongst their number was elected to do battle with the dragon whilst all others were prepared to examine her weaknesses and finish her off, no matter the price. This celestial prepared herself for what might have been the end before challenging the dragon, and so a battle ensued. The light of order clashed with chaos and darkness in a way not seen often since the.great wars that spawned the blood feuds of demons and devils.

For days under a hellish sky lit by the aftermath of their mutual magics, the two fought, and it is known that warriors see in their opponents much of themselves. Yet even for powers such as they, exhaustion is the truest of enemies and the dance slowed; words were exchanged between gasps of breath, both angelic and draconic, at first taunts and then heated discussions. Light so often falls to darkness for it craves it, and darkness wishes nothing more to embrace light for the same reason. In time the Solar sat herself down, lying against the dragon, and their conversation hissed in whispers. Elenor the Solar, and Riel the Chaos Dragon had made truce; something unheard of in the polarities of the realms, but so it had begun.

The celestial council was far from thrilled; they declared Elenor a heretic and decreed her head too would roll for the betrayal. So the two were hunted. At first, Riel indicated that Elenor had betrayed her and distracted her whilst the Angels rallied. Yet Elenor, unknowing and uncaring of the verdict already against her head, protected Riel and lead her to a gate which even the great dragon did not know. The crusade of Celestia is not something one can easily avoid and as the two friends traveled and fled, never able to settle in any place long, the hunt continued upon their heels. One saving the other, their friendship slowly grew into the purest of loves.

Riel’s anger quenched in the light of Elenor, and Elenor found true curiosity and perhaps happiness for something outside of duty in her life. Yet this story does not yet have the happiest of endings. Upon an obscure world with no real name, the two lovers were cornered outside a cracked and broken gate. There the celestial host had laid a devious trap and indeed there looked to be no escape. As Riel prepared for her last stand, Elenor exclaimed that the gate might be used one last time before forever failing. In desperation, as the angelic legion charged, the two poured their energies into bringing the great gate to life.

Together as one they dived through the moment the portal was large enough, and so the gate crumbled to dust. Never again would the celestial host be able to chase them; indeed they were free of the assault. Yet the portal was damaged and its twin was long destroyed. Yet such was their tenacity and will to live and love. Instead of destruction in the hellish nether planes of travel, they arrived at their destination. Not as two but as one new being. Formed of their love, their magic, their souls, and to an extent their bodies. Their daughter, whom chose to call herself Elenoriel.

They guided their child as best they could, spirits in her soul and aspects of her mind as she found the city of Lenn Amar, and the story that would take her life to this day.

[Description]:

Curious, perhaps the only word to describe this beautiful womans demeanour. Her head tends to be slightly tilted to one side, her eyes wide and open as she looks you over - though seemingly never looking at prominent features, more things that only she alone can see, which can be unnerving to those with something to hide. However, her intentions are always good and somehow you feel comforted by her gaze.

She isnt remarkably tall, though she isnt short either - her build could be described in a word as enticing. The shape of her body is extremely curvy, her waist thin and her hips, though not overly large, are rounded flawlessly - there lines curving into her tight, toned posterior.

Her breasts are quite large, for her size - though they blend in seemlessly with the rest of her body and strangely do not disrupt any of her curviness.

Her arms are curvy, the muscles seen on them are not large - but large enough to give her arms some substance. This is much the same for her legs, though they are slightly less muscular.

Her skin is beautifully cared for, not a blemish or imperfection can be seen. It is alittle pale, a milky even and as such reflects sunlight which gives her a soft, inviting - almost ethereal glow.

Her hair is a light pink, placed carefully in a ponytail - though usually a few long strands fall down, much to her annoyance. However, they serve only to improve her looks, framing her face delightfully.

Her face is exceptionally smooth, no wrinkles or blemishes upon it - her cheekbones are high, giving her a slightly noble appearance. Her nose is petit and her chin almost non existant. Each feature of her face is positioned perfectly with respect to each another. Her lips are a dark, luscious blood red colour - the paleness of her skin emphasising their vividity. Her eyes are the same blood red colour, striking from beneath the heavy pink lashes of her eyelids.

Perhaps most striking about this woman, apart from her ethereal beauty, are the white feathery wings that perch on her back; and the long tail, generally coiled around her waist. Her wings are big enough to hold someone in an embrace, something which she delights in doing. The feathers are soft to the touch, appearing extremely delicate - however they are quite the opposite. The tail, draconic in appearance, is as white as the feathers on her wings and emphasises the paleness of her skin.

Her skin smells, for lack of a better word, delicate - A soft hint of the sweetest honey exudes from every pore on her body as tantalising to the tongue as it is your nose.

Her voice is cheery, almost always on the verge of excitement - yet at times it is quiet, delicate and soft. She is often seen giggling, delighting in many things - both simple and complex - each time she does it is as though the peal of the loveliest melody has escaped her throat, delightfull and definately attention grabbing.

She walks gracefully, often with a cheery skip in her step - Such that one might easily doubt her intellect, if they did not know her - of course.

She generally wears very hugging clothes, tight to her body - which emphasise her curves. She favours silvers and golds, as these compliment her skin tone and her ethereal, celestial appearance.
