The trouble I think you're having Darfin is that you start counting at 1. You should start at 0

week of the 15th (when he started, as you said, so no weeks have pasted yet. He is counting up to 1) is 0
week of the 22nd is the end of week 1 (1 week is under his belt)
so 29 is the end of week 2
the 6th of July is week 3
the 13th is week 4
so that makes it...the 20th of July as the end of week 5 and the trial date.
