Yeah, tis good stuff.
Im buying my mates gun from him, its a P22 which is a compact version of the P99 which bond used.
He only wants a fiver for it and he'll throw in a load of pellets so its all good (Y)

:D

I declare that the P90 + Airsoft = Win.

Airsoft.. Well, this is a hell of a fun, but it requires alot of things aswell...
As for example, I was on Airsoft 100vs100 batles often... Usualy it's requiered to have Soldier Camouflage suit ( I had Russian Spetznat's camo ) and main gun ( secondary gun is good to have ). As for me, I have experience with automatic gas M-16, gas Revolver, gas Berrete ( pistol ), gas AK-47, automatic electric Thompson and gas SVD-Dragunov sniper rifle... The first problem of Airsoft is that the camouflage is quite expencive and much more expencive guns. If you are just new in Airsoft, I suggest to use something not heavy ( or take out few of the weights from the gun, then by time adding them back to be usualed for maximaly similar to real gun. And the mainly, it has to be a gun you would really like. It's pointless to play with a gun you dont like, because you really do not feel good for shooting with it ) for better mobility and with high bullet capacity ( Or if it is a gun that you very like and has low capacity, it's extremly good to have + few full magazines for fast switch ) , then also best plastic bullets are Japanese Anti-Gravity-Wind white 0.15g . If you will need to know something more, you can talk to me on MSN.. And then, it hurts depending to the gun you got hit from... When you have the Soldier Camouflage and a helmet with glasses ( It's not allowed to shoot at head, but glasses and helmet for all possibilities ) , it doesn't really hurt from guns as automatic Thompson, Mp5 and pistols ( you just feel like a little touch ).. But If you get hit by a grenade from grenade launcher or SVD-Dragunov and all kinds of high quality snipers and rifles + guns like grenade launcher ( Meh the worst is bazooka ). So, the point I am telling you about "hurt", is that when you know, enemy uses automatic normal guns + pistols, do not fear it much ( unless it hits your face from some newbie or accident, for which you should really have good glasses and helmet ) , If there is a sniper in other team, try to be out of his radius ( the radius of SVD Dragunov is about 150 metres ) or get to him from back in good Camo for a place he is in, to shoot him from down ( the mostly seen snipers at me , was on a tree, sometimes in bush or a roof of a building ).
So as I told, any questions, tell me on MSN. I'll try to answer to it by my knowledge of Airsoft wars.

Thank you for reading,
Sirion

I have a g36 gas powered with silencer hurt like heck.
Electric deasert eagle pistol for close interactions.
2 Claymore like mines with tripwires that fire 36 8MM paintballs at one time.

Electric dont really hurt much at all spring can if modified and gas is the most powerful.

however these are nothing compared to Paintball guns because they have a ticker skin on the rounds and more power behind them. Airsoft is fun but expensive (not as expensive as paint ball) If you get a non professional model say 30-110$ it wont have alot of power or accuracy but it'll work for close combat. promodles usually run for about 200+ dollars.

Really, if your just looking to have fun and not do anything pro...you can get some pretty good guns for under $30. I've got an Mp5, which is very very reliable and packs a good punch. Auto's are fun...but they tend to jam (at least mine does). Either way, you can get some good stuff really cheap, granted the more expensive the gun, the better...but if you look around you can get a good deal.

What is this? Paintballing? If its not then FAIL

Yeah well I just got the p22 off my mate earlier this evening, we met up in some woods and exchanged it, I paid a fiver for it (also I didnt go to the woods just to do that lol, we were up there for a team exercise)
Anyways I havent had a chance to actually shoot any pellets from it since they are all at my dads lolz and Im at my mums, Ive been told it does hurt though, talking about hurt, my mate was telling me about some real hard nut guy he knows who played rugby and stuff, he had an airsoft gun which would peirce his skin, he demonstated to my mate by shooting himself in the leg hahaha.
But yeah, at some point Im hoping to get a pretty average gun :)

Also thanks Sirion for posting all that :)

 #32263  by Starcomand

it is fun fireing real guns lol more realistic lol

 #32265  by saunby

Yeah but the point of airsoft is its suposed to be realistic without the side effects of, for example, death..

xD

Paintballing hurts more yet gives a realistic experience :X

BUMPPPPP

I went to play today and OMGGG

It was so friggin cool, Im definetly gonna take it up properly but I need to think about money and shizzle >_>

But yeah, about 6 hours, me and my stepbro and his mate hired equipment so we played with AK47's 3700 bb's each lol, we also bought nades and stuff hehe.

I recommend you try it if your into this kinda thing and havent done it before properly.

How much does it cost?

If you do not mind me asking?

 #33384  by saunby

I dont mind lol :)

It cost me £40 which (broken down) is £20 entry fee to play, and £20 for kit hire- gun, overall, face mask and pellets.

There was a BBQ and stuff for lunch but thats different to each site or w/e lol, most sites will sell pyrotechnics as well like smoke grenades, grenades and things that go bang lol

How comes you werent allowed to shoot each other? :| Thats the whole point of the game!
Also how did he fall in the first place, if it was because he got hit by a bb then he is not very strong, even at point blank it is not enough to knock you over unless maybe it was an automatic fire at the head..

I have wasted my money on 2 airsoft pistols even though I don't play. I had this fascination for guns once... and now katanas. =P
