Look my graphics acellerator won't (at times) respond to graphics driver commansds. If it did'nt work at all I wouldn't have been able to write this. I wan't to get back on the server as soon as possible so i have two choices.

1. Run the risk install JA and attempt to play online perhaps mucking up the P.C. further

2. Wait for about 2 weeks, get someone to install a new graphics card + buy one

Tell me what you think by Saturday 14:00 whichever seems more popular wins. By the way could you give me the servers IP or something so i don't have to search for the server 4 hours.

I can offer my help if you wish but You will need to explain yourself better as I do not really understand what you mean.

My interpretation of things is your having consistancy problems with your graphics card..? Have you tried altering the drivers, more specifically remove the device all togetheer and then reinstall it with a fresh driver... Also maybe a reseating wouldn't go amiss.

What problems are you expereincing again more information the better.

I woudl say its a probably not chance that even if your card died, it wouldnt or shouldnt affect much else..
