After months of this not happening (I think the first time was my ISP reallocated a previously blacklisted IPv4 address to me), I came on yesterday, was moving around for like 30 seconds and the auto-banning script triggered.

As far as I could tell most of my userinfo was pretty default, usual name with a rodian skin and standard single saber, so I see nothing that would trigger that particular element of the auto-banning.

Checking my IP on the relevant lookup website does not indicate that it is registered on any blacklist, so I am not sure who's IP address I inherited this time round, unless it is somehow formerly VPN but is not flagging.

Just going to confirm that I don't use VPN in JKA because of how little use I have for it given that I no longer engage in ban evasion, so if it keeps flagging up, this is probably an extremely unfortunate series of IP reallocations that have happened for this particular ISP.

Ban lifted. It is marked as a datacenter / proxy - check it on https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/
Its hard to keep the rules working for everyone when your ISP collaborates with bad actors.

Keeps happening any time my router resets or IP changes for any reason, so I think my entire range may be blacklisted at this point, immediately rebanned.

Not really sure what to be doing short of changing the ISP which is not exactly an option in the near future, at least not in this house.

Indeed, your IP changing will retrigger it.

Unfortunately there's some slow learner out there bouncing his face off the firewall each day (evidently getting a life isn't an option), and your provider is one of the proxies being used, so for now I'm sorry but I can't make an exception. I will lift any bans as soon as I see them, which typically is almost immediately.
