When is the best time to join KR servers with players?

Its hard to tell, as we have players from all over the globe. But USA time afternoon / evening would be more popular.

I tend to jump on sometime between 11pm-1am USA Eastern if I am around; I'm incredibly busy recently with GDQ stuff (for the next 2 months really) so my activity has dipped. Activity around those times (all week) can range from like 6-30 people, varying on whoever is around to play.
