And even after all these years it brought tears to my eyes.

I highly recommend this even for our younger players. Dont be put off by the black and white, or the fact its an old film. Give it a good chance, and you will be surprised at the ability it has to touch you deep down where it matters most.

I went and saw it at a local indie theater the other day, definitely a classic!

side note: the New York Times (I'm pretty sure) ran an article about the movie the other day, focusing on the lead actor Jimmy Stewart. I haven't read the article, but if you liked the movie, maybe worth checking out?
