It appears i have been banned from the server for avoiding the silence punishment, i'd like to say that the reason i avoided it was to ask how long would the punishment be and that i didn't really had intentions to avoid it.

Apart from that i believe i have caused previous issues with flaming which may have had an impact on the ban decision, i would like to inform that i do not longer flame players with terms such as "rat" or "bug" nor any other way of flaming , maybe i praise my skills in the game but i've been following the rules these last days and i intend to continue doing so , i enjoy the server and the people there are great and i hope i dont stay banned.

You are correct, the "last straw" was disconnecting out of punishment twice (which you had been warned before was not tolerated). I apologize for not giving you the chance to speak, but in a moment I hope I can show you why I had little trust for anything you would say.

For some context to others (and for future reference to myself!) since first coming to our server you've rarely said anything in chat that wasn't a flame. Many admins as well as myself have had to silence you because of this, multiple times. I even pulled you aside once and explained that we are nearing the end of our tolerance for your behavior. I asked you if you would follow the rules if I let you up, to which you agreed. Within seconds you flamed again, and you were slept and silenced for the duration of your stay.

You say you have been following the rules these last few days. I have to disagree. While there are admins on, sure. But while you *think* you are not being watched, you revert to your old ways.

An example, mere minutes before I connected to the server today:

As you can see, you could not stop flaming seconds after the server was admin-free; you cannot be trusted.

The environment we are attempting to establish on server is one that is family-friendly, and promotes fun. We don't want others to feel as if they are being attacked verbally while on our server. Your behavior contradicts this. I hope you can understand where I'm coming from and why I felt it necessary to ban you.

It is my hope that you see that we take our rules seriously and you appreciate the gravity of the situation you have placed us in. Therefore, I want you to come back in a week. I will be happy to discuss lifting your ban then.
