Title says it all - If you hit your opponents saber to the ground...is hitting them whilst they wait to regain the saber considered laming?
No. It's more of a respect thing to let them recover their saber before continuing the duel.
What John said above ^, also this rule doesn't applies to visitors, they can do anything they wants. It's only applies for invitee or KR members. Hope that clarify
