Okay, so intellect is a way to effectively achieve a objective based on your pre-determined thoughts.
But there is more to it than that. You are smart, but I'm smarter!
Being smart means to make the correct decision, but the correct decision needs a healthy amount of heart and feeling to it. Taking into considerations of other aside yourself---- And that makes the Admins better no matter what!
That, plus the fact that you unwittingly started a post that you should've known from the beginning would make no difference clearly shows the lack of predestined knowledge. Intellect may be different from knowledge, but to achieve a goal thoroughly and effectively you require knowledge of past events and of ways to actually make a difference in your goal----- unfortunately, your goal is no different than the next troll.

I find it funny how someone has the will to put up so much energy and time to try and prove someone else wrong over a video game.

Since everyone is pulling out definitions for words let me pull out one of my own

a person whose job is to manage a company, school, or other organization. : a person who controls the use of something (such as property or money)

In this case our server (the proprety) is managed by people called "admins", these people have decided to take up the responsibility to ensure that the server (our proprety) is under control. This person, an admin, is entrusted to take action on something if he/she sees that something is going wrong or something that he/she deems that it might lead to further "errors" (players on the server being unsatisfied with their stay).

If I understood correctly you were admined by DeathScythe and Rogue because they deemed that your behaviour on the server was not acceptable, which they have the right to since they have been granted that responsibility.

For example, if a guest in a restourant starts behaving rudely or disturbing other guests or doing something that the manager of the restourant thinks is wrong. The manager has every right to ask this guest to leave.

At the end of the day, the server is in KR proprety and right now, the community is pretty happy the way our admins are dealing with missbehaviour on the server (And this is a fact because KR has the most traffic).

I see 2 ways you could've dealt with this situation. First one is the way you are dealing it right, where you are putting so much effort into building your arguments, but lets face it, if you keep hitting your head against a wall you wont get far in life. The second way you could've, and still can go through this, is just apolagise and ask nicely for an unban which you can do in literally 2 sentances without even putting too much effort in it.

But usually some people have such a huge ego that will just make them feel so wronged that they will go through such a long process of arguing where they start prioritising to be aknowladged by the oposite party that they are "right", to the point where they begin to forget their original goal (which in your case is to get yourself unbanned)

Because lets face it, if you keep going like this, its a dead end, you are not getting anywhere like this. This topic will just end up getting locked

Clank we all know what the definition of administrator is that was completely pointless to post that for two reasons
1 If admins done as that saw fit and no appeal possible why have this forum area labled "Admin Complaints"
2. Despite the fact that your definition is correct that still doesnt prove that there is not an issue here.

Okay so if an admin just started slapping people randomly kicking people out the server sleeping them and ofc my fav /amsilence -1 they have the right to do so because they have been given that responsibility right?

See thats where you misunderstood me. Just because an admin can do certian things (talking about admin abuse) doesnt mean that he/she will automatically do it.
No, they do not have the right to instantly silence/kick/ban whoever they want, thats where trust and responsibility comes in.

Sure, it is true that not every admin is perfect and that there will be mishaps from time to time, and its true, thats why we have this forum section.
However, what Patti did has been reviewed, and it has been cleared what happend, but we will still stand to that; that we do not want that kind of behaviour on our server.

I doubt that this is hard to understand. If someone would to come into my house and started talking about stuff that I dont want to hear in my house, I will throw them out and lock the door, simply because that is not something that I want in my home. This person can start ranting about how unfair it was of me to throw him out of my house, but I will still keep him out until he apolagises and promises that he wont do it again.

Even if a server owner starts going on an admin abuse rampage and kicking/baning everyone (not saying that we do that...except on tuesdays), he/she has every right to do so since its his/hers server and its up to them to decide what goes on in it.

My goal when defining what an admin is, was to basically say "our house our rules", and we established that said person broke our rules, so he doesnt get to come on sleepovers anymore.

Do not waver from your original point. You have posted a thread either to troll or request a unban.
Additionally, they earned their rights as Admins, not you. Earning as in, they worked hard for it. Not they talked their head off like a democrat in hopes of someone talking back. Remember, you committed a offense against KR and action was and is being taken. No matter how long or hard you think their are wrong, it still will not do anything effectively.
