Lina, an applicant of ours has made a point when she asked me, if we can kill people that, are in melee and then go in meditate position:
-Argument proving the player can be attacked: In many positions, you can see the difference e.g. : When the player sits down after being melee, you don't see their saber in hand. That difference can be seen as melee mode, so it can be attacked.
-Argument proving the player can't be attacked: meditate position (cmd /amsit4) is an emote, and like every emote, it should not be threatened since the player is NOT in position to attack.
What are your thoughts on this ?
We can ask ourselves the question about those who have saber up and have emote position.
Remember, that we are talking about players who are "armed", but not in position to attack.
