Due to several reports of JSO recruiting activity on KR this extreme action was taken. Unlike most rules which can be broken, this one yields the most direct and outright action. The reasoning being this is actual theft; we've paid for the server and work on it and protect it to make it a welcome place for our visitors.
As a leader your activities sets the pace, standard and acceptable action of your clan on other servers - therefore your actions have their repercussions felt throughout your clan. Honestly, if I as a leader came to your server and recruited, I'd surprised if you allowed any KR on after that.
It saddened me personally as you are a good and honorable dueller.
I havnt recruited anyone in a long time now. its been months since I last did so and I just stopped right there. To be honest, I could kind of care less if anyone recruits on my server. The clan is one where its just for fun and doesn't vary on skill. Other than that, I do admit that I was desperate at the time to get members but to be fair its actually been months since I last recruited anyone on the server. Is there anyway I can unban myself. Perhaps agree to certain things? I don't wish to remain banned and my members in the same boat as well
Please trust I wouldn't take such drastic actions without checking my facts first. When you say months ago I assume you mean 11:56pm on the 8th of February, 2014 - last week.

One, to be fair. I technically didn't recruit Blight. I just gave basic info about the clan because he was asking about it. He joined on his own free will. I didn't ask him to. Also, (I applaud you looking out for your clan), but might I ask what RIP has done? I do not know what he has done. And yes, I hereby state that you can still trust me and my members. SPECIFICALLY me. I was desperate for members since I wasn't getting enough. I did learn my lesson. Also, my members had nothing to do with this. Again, February the 8th, I technically did not recruit Blight. I had no intent on recruiting him. He joined on his own free will.
From all the chat that time was when you stated "when you apply for our clan" which I felt, along with the website and server IP, pretty much constituted recruiting. As it is though, your bans are lifted

One minor correction to RIP's statement above, Chilled most certainly did not "resign" from KR - his leaving was thrust upon him, as it were.

I will certainly talk to RIP about this. No idea that he said that..... And I guess I did say that.. oh well. Thank you for notifying for what he said and thanks for clarifying. We will deal with RIP. In the future, we will no longer break your rules and you may trust ME, most of all again. I'll be sure that RIP is dealt with
