Nobody is changing the actual picture just changing their minds perception of the picture..

Apperently this is easily true. Something about nomatter which way the picture goes its completely the same.

i loaded the page and she was going counterclockwise, then i looked back and she switched to clockwise, then, i stared for a whbile, and her top half went counterclockwise, and her bottom half went clockwise and it scared me

I cant say I can do that. I thought the illusion was the legs you find that turning one way and the top compliments it

Just to clear up any suspection it is an illusion. I had four people in the room, my Mum, my sis and her mate. We were all seeing it going in other directions either anti-clockwise or clockwise, at no point did all 4 of us see it going the same way.
