more progress, modeled the boots, may do more

cut a heart shaped hole in his chest, to fit the style of what he is better, there are 2 flat panels inside the hole to serve as shader markers

The triangles on his back are going to be shaders, think the light-wings on gundams but instead of light they're made of shadow

still working out the design for the hips and upper legs, may just do something simple there

UV mapping of the upper body is more or less done, just gotta model the rest and map that, then on to rigging!



added some base textures down to make sure the mapping was done right

i used the mirror tool, set to reference, then repeated with it set to copy when i felt it was ready
