As many know, we are trying to keep the upper ranks as active as possible. And, also, as many know, this means making changes every now and then. With that being said, allow me make the announcement to all that was made at Clan Night 
Hime is someone who has been around for a very very long time, and has shown unbreakable loyalty to KR. She has definitely been an honorary member of KR, and someone who we could always look up to.
However, due to her real life circumstances, Hime hasn't been able to very active on KR for a long time now. Due to this, she is stepping down as an Arbiter.
Thank you Hime for all your time and your dedication to the clan. It has definitely been appreciated
To take her spot in Arbiters is someone who has also been around for a long time. This person has shown drastic improvement since he first put on his KR tags, and has shown that he is not only a fierce opponent, but a fun person to have on the server.
I am speaking of none other than Zabuza
