It is my great pleasure to post that our dear Rugg has been given the rank of Arbiter in the KR clan

Rugg has shown tremendous loyalty and respect for KR the moment he set foot in our server. He is kind, works hard for the clan, and never fails to make us laugh. He has always obeyed and enforced the rules, and he is also a swift opponent with a lightsaber.
