I live in Norway +1 GMT!

PST = GMT +8 = GMT+1 +9 = CET +8 ? ...

In other words.... uh *thinks* 2:00 a.m. GMT+1, I think..

yeah I know GMT is + 5 EasternCentral + 6 PST + 8 so just add one for central europe onto that hence I think K1 is right
