Yes, another Clan Night announcement 
A lot of currently active people do not know one of our oldest members, Kane. Kane was once a highly active Council member (was actually one of them when I joined), and a very dedicated member of our great clan.
However, since then he has become dedicated to someone else. Kane has had a child recently, and has not had time to join us on server, or on the forums. Personally, I think this shows how dedicated he can be to something or someone he truly loves, and shows what a great guy he is.
However, KR rules dictate that because of his lengthy period of inactivity, he must be stepped down to the rank of Master. Kane has been a great Arbiter in his time, and his wisdom will be greatly missed.
The good side to this, of course, is that someone new gets to fill his spot
The person who has been promoted is a member who has been in the clan almost three years now. He/She has shown great tenacity in duels, one of the most active members ever to grace our server, is a true and just admin, and most of all, he/she has been a great leader and example for the rest of the KR clan for all these years. He/She is a person I am proud to call one of my best friends in this clan.
I can think of no one more fit for the position of Arbiter than Senbou!
