That piece is an encore although it for some reason its played before the main opera (a precore??!?). So whenever you unwashed heathens find yourself at an opera you usually wait outside the performing arts theatre until the little bell chimes telling you to find your places. That time is usually most profitably spent at the bar drinking highballs and lemon lime bitters. So, given the choice between finding your seat to listen to sopranos imitating cats or having an extra drink - I go for the extra drink!
