As you weren't accepted into KR, you actually didn't have a master per se.

And yup, it was Cross that invited you. Mind you, that may make things a little awkward in that Cross is not longer in the KR clan, but nevertheless your invitation still stands.

On server you can use the name Zaibunchik{I}
