Fall's progress;

To become a Jedi the trialee needs to:

(X) Train for 3 weeks from when they became a Padawan.

(X) Get Consent from their Master.

(X) be tested for basic counters.

So whenever an arbiter/council/whatever is online and is able to "test" him; please do so.

He got my consent.
