Well i think im gonna play the role of capt, obviouse here but - We all know i have a heck of a temper and i was woundering if anyone knows any carming techniques? i really need to stop getting into a blind rage all the time so guess im asking for help = ) Any method's welcome

Edit: i really really don't want to keep losing it = ( its harmful and ... we all know how many apologys ive made due to it )

if i was you m8, i probably taking a good break.

- Take deep breaths before dealing with whats in front of you
- Take a break by going and getting a drink, or anything else to step away from the situation for a few minutes.
- Learn how to separate anger from action... they are not the same thing.
- Punch a pillow/scream into a pillow
- Invest in a punching bag or a dribble bag
- Take a shower/bath (water temp can cool nerves allowing for regrouping)
- Listen to music you like.. preferably not ones that will further escalate your mood.
- Read a book/magazine/webpage etc
- Draw/construct anything that helps you focus on something else.
- Take a walk.

The thing about calming techniques is.. you need to find ones that work for you.

well i listen to bob marley really calms me down but i have my moments and i think rugg's the only one who has seen my worst rage. but there are alot of things

-Stress balls
-Find something to make you laugh(laughter is proven to eliminate stress)
-Take a drive down a country/backroad(if you can drive that is)
-Play with a pet(if you have one)
-Sit outside in a chair for a few minutes
-Talk to another KR
-Doodle
