Unsure of the rules? Look Here!

Is doing a special and freezing saber (the kind that kills you if you get close to them while they have freezed after special move) - Some of you might know what i am talking about, others might now. But I am posting here today to ask if council could possibly implant a new rule - or exception to ask the glitcher to stop. I mean - I am sure some people do not mind glitching - sure I wont bug you , however I would very much appreciate the ''backing up'' when lets say I ask a player to stop glitching when fighting me. (Glitch which got insta-kill when getting close or possibly other glitches which gives advantages in battle)

I am not sure if there is a ''No grapple in FFA'' rule, i have to check - but could the council concider adding a "No glitching" rule to prevent advantages for the glitcher?

Forgive me if it seems I am picky, nor is this a ''serious'' issue, but it sure would be handy having council back me up if I ask the glitcher to stop doing so - now currently it not being a rule and all.

-Thank you for your time - feel free to lock this thread and PM me or simply reply here (but if you reply please leave it open so I might reply where people can see it) :)

Feel free to post your thoughts about it, be it agreeing with me or not - it is a free forum :P

Hey Akimoto,

First off I want to say thank you for your post. I think it was very polite (if not a little too polite).

I know how some of your posts in the past have been misinterpreted and this time it looks like you really put in time and effort to make sure you come across the way you intend :)

The Ruling about "Grapple in FFA" you mentioned can be found here:

http://www.knights-reborn.org/forum/vie ... sc&start=0

When you read through that you will find that the Council did not make a rule that disallowed Grapple in FFA because we defined Grappling in FFA as an annoyance - therefore not punishable.

I believe that this will fall under the same definition if put up to a Council vote.

But as I said in that thread:

You could do what I always do. Tell the player they are being dishonorable. Then challenge them to try to beat you without having to use cheap tricks. Whether they agree or not, you still have successfully put them in a spot to where they know they are not as skilled as you.
