Yes, to download from OiNE you have to register on his forums.

As I had a very minor part in its development, and helped test it, I can confirm that this program is safe.

It may also be noted that next to OiNE I am the largest contributor to his forums, especially in JKA scripts and Delphi source code.

I wouldn't exactly call that a fix.. In fact its almost a step backwards, because it'll just allow people to build scripts that allow a player to execute one hit kill combos with extreme precision by hitting one button. Kinda takes the skill element away from the game. Unless i've completely missed the point here.

Heads Up

The latest AVG scan will flag this patch as malware just because it is packed.

I pack pretty much all my exe's (I use upx) even in my professional applications, so AVG is flagging a false positive.
