I'm very disappointed that I was discriminated for being a girl. I'm very disappointed. All the admins, which covers just about everyone but Falcon and NinjaSarah (for obvious reasons,) are guilty. It's disgraceful that I come on the server, and get sexually harassed for no damn reason. That's something I would expect in a communist country. That's something I would expect dictators do non-stop without thought. Jawfin just acts like he has a stick up his ass when he talks to me in a degrading tone. Jato must be too young to know what he's really doing, but still, sexism is sexism. Delev plays around with me using admin abuse, slander, etc. just because I'm a girl. Ayzarious was ignorant and demeaning my whole stay at KR. He would constantly be on the get go if I "accidentally" lamed. It happens. But when it does, he would slap, sleep, silence, etc. Shortly after, he would say "Good Girl." Kenshin, although isn't directly discriminating against me, is wholly responsible. Someone has to be an adult and end this inhumane act. But, Kenshin just swiftly bans me, after I have been silenced so I cannot defend myself. I see he doesn't even take into account that I'm being abused and discriminated against. To sum this up, I hope these individuals get a sexual offense on their record for being the lowest of the low.

To the matter of the admin abuse. It's atrocious. Like I stated earlier, being on the server is like residing in communist China. I was constantly abuse for NO REASON. I was scolded for the littlest things. One of them, and the reason why I was banned the first time was - get this - "picking up a heavy shield while having my saber active." What the hell kind of a rule is that? Jawfin just made it up on the spot, so that explains that. I can't say if he did that because I was a girl, or if he just wanted to abuse his power more. But, whatever the case, it still was unfair. So I began /reconnect 'ing and then was a ban on sight. "Oh my heavens. Ban on sight? What is the meaning of this?!" Well, it's a combination of sexism is abuse. It's that simple. To those of you who thought that I am a quote, "asshole," unquote, maybe it's because I don't like being discriminated against. And if you thought that I was banned for my "misconduct" well, you're right. I did what I thought was right - getting revenge against my sexist abusive admins.

Another issue to address is how you all treated RJA. They never did anything to KR. So why did you not give them that same respect and do nothing to them? One member isn't reason to degrade a whole clan. Especially if I'm not that high of a rank. Why belittle RJA? Because KR is filled with young and old fools who can't handle other clans that show more potential than KR on their server. I have every reason to say that. You can look at the two above statements to see my reason. I single-handedly defeated most KR members. I said most. There are some that I admit, are combat efficient. They fight well, and have my respect. I don't recall any times that they have said any hateful remarks against me. They are undoubtedly good people; just in a disgraceful clan.

I don't think this message of distress will reach many. My will words fall on deaf ears, most likely. I think everyone in this darn forsaken clan will detest this topic. It will just show how heartless, cruel, and sexist you all are. So go ahead, close this topic. Spend the colorless days of your insignificant lives well. Being honest, my first question is - How many KR members know you are a girl? I for one thought you were a boy in which case you cannot claim any kind of sexist abuse, you have been known to cause a lot of trouble on our server before I believe and this is more than likely why admins are coming down on you so hard, you'd do the same if there was a troublesome player on your server, FYI Ive never seen you on the server so dont even begin to call me an abuser or sexist as I am sure none of my fellow clan mates are either.
If what you are saying is completely correct then I sympathise with you and agree that this clan is disgraceful due to the acts of members, however, I cannot for one second believe that our members are the sexist or abusive type, KR will kick any abusers from the clan depending on how serious the situation is etc.
I dont have a lot else to say, you could say I am calling you a liar, I am speculating the possibility of misunderstoodment (is that a word lol?)

First off to post an admin complaint you need proof (Screenshots, UU logs, KT logs, etc). You can't just say things about our members without having proof.
Also, about the banning, for bot spamming our server and laming. Also, our members would never ban or kick anyone for stealing a full shield with their saber on.. If they did you need to provide screenshots, because that is certainly against our rules.
We never sexually harassed you. None of our members even knew you were a girl. You have no sufficient evidence of what you claim we have done, and you have already disgraced your reputation on our server.
As for respect of RJA, I respect all of them except you, for obvious reasons. I know some of your members (Zodd, ember) as friends and would never disrespect them. Once again you need to show us PROOF of this before you accuse people of doing these things. None of our members would abuse you, if they did, Point out who they were, and I know for a FACT that Jawfin, I, Kenshin, ayzarious and jato wouldnt admin abuse or sexually confront you.. Ridiculous statement.
Also at that time I was on pretty much all the time, and this already happened months ago. It's (as far as I know) Either a big pain in the ass to or impossible to check the logs that way back. I don't even think Jato and Jawfin were even in KR at that time.. Which goes back to my main statement about lack of sufficient evidence.
No, this topic won't be locked until the council brings out what they have to say.. I don't see why you made this topic because as I stated above this happened months ago and no way for you to have proof of these accusations (Unless of course you have screenshots, but if you do you needed to put them in your first post.)

Banning is a question for council, and as Kenshin said to you any problem you have with your ban should be taken up via PM'ing a council member.
I doubt if anyone in KR actually believed you are a woman so accusing anyone of sexism is unwarranted.

During your last visit to KR I didn't apply any of my admin powers, you may not want to believe that because it makes you feel justified if I abused my power, but I will say that it was I called Kenshin to the server to deal with a situation that I felt was beyond my authority to deal with.

You do not fight with honour, attacking me as I had just won a duel; and yet I found that typical of your behaviour and wasn’t even worth mentioning at the time (to save you the effort of typing “it wasn’t laming, you had you saber up” blah blah blah) - I just despise campers.
With regard to insults the worst I said of you was that you were undesirable, and I certainly hope you think the same of me.

Do you perhaps recall the time I visited your server, and I have to admit you are an expert of admin abuse; only of dealing it out though. You Ma'am are a hypocrite of the highest water.

Now, I have the highest esteem for the RJA/LJA clan, and especially for Zodd. In fact, any noted dislike would be an extension of mirroring your personality back onto the clan you represent; which is also valid, when you are on another server you are an emissary of your clan.

The reason I recommended you to post on the forum was to discuss your ban, despite your dynamic IP you are still visiting a place where you are unwelcome.

As a proud fellow vagina myself, one that also honestly worked her way up through the ranks to the position of a Council Member in this "sexist clan" (A clan that was started by a woman, a clan that has had a number of other women seated in its Council, a clan that at one point had over 15 members that were girls, and a clan that currently has 10 members that are classified as “female”), I'm afraid I have to ask:

Looking at some of this stuff i had to come up with something to say.

#1 id like to say, from just the members you had not a single one would be put into a sexist catagory. You know i will say some people can act immuture, but sexist, far from it. As well i can safly say if someone has done this (god help you if you did) will more then likey be banned from the server themselves.

As for the health running, we try to reframe from being cheap and running from health while in an FFA, its in a way a rule within KR yes. But if im correct not one that should be punishable.

Now onto a few other things. Over the past year or 2 that i have been around you have gone from an interesting nice person to a down right snot, a person that was respectable into someone who doesnt deserver the title of even trash. You have not only broken rules, you have dissrespected KR members and KR itself. Personally you should have been banned a long time ago.

I can't say this wasn't expected, I saw this post coming before I activated your account (I even pre-warned our council to be prepared).

Nick, i'm going to talk to you as a person, regardless of whatever gender you are or claim to be. I think it's clear that KR is not a sexist clan, as you can seen from RaVeN's post in particular.

As for admin abuse, we have a high conduct of admin useage within KR. Our procedures are very clear within our clan and all those who have admin know exactly how and when it should be used. We take all complaints very seriously and EVERY complaint we have recieved we have taken the appropiate actions. I'm sorry to say but I think the majority of your claims are completely devoid as they lack completely in evidence and proof. You even neglected to provide any times of this supposed abuse.

Now bringing me on to my main point, you are known by all KR members as being frankly a waste of our time. You have been known in the past to lame, flame and flood our server- lets put it frankly, broken pretty much every one of our server rules.

As mentioned above you are well known for repeatedly using the program Q3Fill do flood our server with fake player requests- in numerous failed attempts to crash our server. You can sit there and deny it, but I have matched up your IP's and I have no doubt that it is you.

NOW taking everything above into consideration, with you being well aware of the problems you have caused within our clan. I wouldn't have said coming onto our server is a smart move. I mean what were you expecting, a coming home party?

Also for your information we hold no grudge at all against the clan you are in and are currently in the process of speaking with your leaders ensuring they know exactly what kind of person you are. I'm sure any clan that felt threatened would come and speak personally with our leaders and express their concerns. Unfortunately for you, we have receieved no such complaint from RJA.
