Melissa taken Chantelles copy of the game

Since then Melissas house (where her parents live) was burgled, now they have appeared to left her room intact (although they did go in there) but she cannot find any evidence of the game.

I do find it odd they go into a girls bedroom with jewlery and all sorts and walk out with only Jedi academy lol. But regardless.. id like to stick it on for th e occasional laugh as I found it..

I was already aware of getting an illegal torrent

But to be honest id rather pay £5 and get an original is it was on budget than grab a cracked copy.

Not preaching but at least id have an original and not something cracked open containing broken unstable coding..

I understand why people get torrented stuff but at least I can complain when they dont release things like force unleashed on PC

those who grab torrents shouldn't.. its their fault!!

But if Its the last resort ill get it that way.

just watch for it being scratched like god knows what rich. Get the isohunt one.. thats the exact one i have... had it for like 5 years now.. cant go wrong. And to crack it.. just use the updateder.. they cracked it themselfs.. stupid ravensoft

now now.... torrents aren't illegal. It's like getting a backup of something you already have, so if you can prove you indeed had a version of it previous to said torrent, its not illegal *nod*

Well the original has been stolen from something that was purchased 6 years ago. In essence cannot be proven.

If I were rip and torrect with the crack of that, it is illegal.

LOL please spare me the moral point of legal loop holes I dont buy this "oh Im buying it afterwards". If your gonna download it and what not admit it like squall has done.
Just straight talking.. I am not preaching, just saying if you download all your stuff, do not complain when people stop making them, ala force unleashed.

All Im saying is for the sake of a few quid id rather get an original if it were on offer. So in that sense id rather part with the cash.

I do understand that she has a valid licence, id rather not get a cracked copy.

However in hindsight I do appreciate peoples advice, should young Melissa be unable to recover the game it may be my only choice. Although I am confident Chantelle could set up the whoel schabang for me.

One of the clan's friends has upload the two discs online that you could download. Its not a torrect that I know of, it is his personal files. So if you have bought a copy before then this would be a nice legal alternative:

I have played on your server quite a bit i the past.. hasnt been for a few months..
Problem being that Chantelle built a new PC.. all the trimmings great, howveer her copy of jedi academy was borrowed by her sister... who does not live with us she lives with parents.. Although she spend enough time around here to warrant it.

I have asked for it back a number of times but they were broken into about 2-3 weeks ago, she claims she hasnt seen it since.

Anyway history is

Melissa actually shown me JA around here where I live and we played for a while on your server... I played a few nights a week... then I lost it all..

I wasnt much good and I have to be honest I hardly seen anyone with a KR prefix in their name.

Well when Melissa stole it from us she probably taken the box also, she must have realised the resale value wouldn't be as good without it.

In all serious though when her house was broken into, I find it difficult to believe some theifs went into an 18 year old girls room and with all that stuff she has and found and taken a 5 year old PC game...

she just misplaced/ lost it and is an opportunist to blame the burglars

downloading the game is not ilegal lol, its the transfer of data. And the only thing that si ilegal is the crack yes ? cause itys tamperring with there software....great... dont use them stupid cracks and anyone that is.. why ?

When you install the game people i posted this a while ago and il post it again. The official JA update patch 1.01 cracked the game.. it got into circulation and they couldnt take it offline. They cracked there own game... so no ened to get these 3rd party crap things.. just letting you no.

And yea i download most things.. from new movies to games.. recent addition was assasins creed... love it but yea since JA is such an old game... it could be so cheap its unreal.. but then again its becoming an antique it could go up in price so watch lol
