Unsure of the rules? Look Here!

I know this is mainly just common sense. But i think it would help alot with the tricky situations where some1 on the server is doing something wrong without breaking the rules.

Insubordination.

I just remember reading over the rules for our school back in the 6th grade and our teacher told us about his favorite rule, insubordination. It was his favorite rule because if we were standing up in the middle of class and he told us to sit down, and we wouldn't, no matter what. We'd be breaking the rule by not listening to him, even though it's not against any of the other normal rules.

So I know this is how the server mainly runs anyway, and this could easily be abused by admins saying "you didn't do what i told you to, so now i can punish you". But i'd trust admins cuz well they're KR and should be responsible and have gone through admin class and everything.

I just think this would make it alot easier when there's some1 bugging every1 by being stupid or just provoking players by standing on their heads or running into the middle of fights without their saber out and getting killed then screaming "LAME!".

B4, technically admins couldn't do anything by the rules (even though they probably would). but now they could say "i told you to stop, and you didn't, so now you'll have to face some discipline.

I guess all it'd be would be able to say admins punished people justfully and would make that stuff alot more official and easier to deal with. Although it wouldn't change anything happening on the server too much.

If any of the above made sense, What do you think?

The thing abt insubordination is that part of it is not listening to those with a higher rank than you.... so a high ranked guy could tell u to lame... if u refuse he punishes u 4 insubordination... although I trust the pplz of KR to not do that, that is the only problem with that rule.... other than that I'm fine with it...

Admin's are on the server to keep the peace and protect people against rule breakers.

Their not their as dictators like your teacher.

Thanks for the suggestion but this rule will never work.

If an admin is in a serious enough situation and direly needs something like Insubordination they can bypass the normal rules, they can do it. Its their call.

Thanks for the suggestion though

Correct this is a no-go.

However KR does have this rule, but it is an in-clan only rule. It’s setup in our rank system.

If someone with higher ranks asks you to do something you are tied by loyalty to do it (within logical reason of course)

The same goes with your Master, if not more so. If your Master gives you a fitting punishment/task/favor you are tied by your rank and standing to do it.

Insubordination is usually just an issue that can be corrected. But like I always say, sometimes an issue can become a problem...and a problem is a problem.
