This is a stab in the dark from me!! might be better from someon who uses iTunes full time , I stopped using it last year (Cant stand the PC version, nasty software IMHO)

My Guess is you may need to convert the tunes to mp3 for your kill tracker? As iTunes woudl be AAC? Not sure if your tracker supports that. But as far as I know itunes can allow you to code in mp3????

I use iTunes all the time, however I dont and never have used a kill tracker, if you buy music from the iTunes store then it will be protected, unless you use cracking software or something like that then there is no way to convert the file (I may be wrong on this but Im pretty sure) because if you could convert it then it wouldnt be protected anymore, so my guess is that if the kill tracker doesnt support the file type then you wont be able to do it, unless you can find a fix/patch which allows that file type to be used with the kill tracker, or get another kill tracker that supports that file type but I would have thought its unlikely that you will find a kill tracker that does support it.

Sorry for the block of text :P

If you downloaded the songs from the iTunes store, the songs will be whats known as DRM protected. They are in a file format called AAC, no kill trackers supports playback that I know of. Secondly, even if the KT support AAC its very unlikely that it would play the tracks anyway. DRM protected songs work on encryption keys, when your computer purchases songs from the iTunes store it authorises all the songs on your computer and cross checks them against your iTunes account providing the keys match up you can play the song. So unless the KT is able to sync with the iTunes servers then you would be unable to play (this is virtually impossible).

iTunes have brought out what they call iTunes + which is basically a section of the store where the music you download is not DRM protected meaning you are able to convert the AAC files to MP3's and then play them on any mp3 players or your KT in this case. The music section in this section of the store for one costs 99p as apposed to 79p and secondly the selection is very limited (so you don't actually want to download any of the songs anyway).

In summary, its not possible to play purchased songs from iTunes on your Kill Tracker.

Also as a side note it is not possible to convert protected songs to mp3 format. There are alot of websites and tutorials that will tell you otherwise- they do not directly convert the songs. There are various ways around it such as streaming songs and then recording them in an mp3 format athough normally this means degraded quality of the song (which is why many people opt for paying for songs anyway). Another common way is burning CD's with the purchased tracks on them, this way you can then put the CD's back in your computer and then import the songs as mp3's using a program like Windows Media Player (you can also use a program like Deamon tools to achieve the same effect accept it saves you wasting CD's).

Sorry for the long post, but hopefully that explained a few things.
