Hi, my screenname is CovertMuffin;
To start I've really appreciated the server in general, in terms of interactions with clan members and other people who have jumped in; it has been incredibly positive for players of all skill levels, so thank you all for that. I originally joined to de-rust some amount of dueling skills so I could help out a friend who invited me to a community event.
In that regard, I initially joined a random server to start defrosting for a community event (closed) that will be CTF, TDM + a Duel Tourny, and Sakito was a chance encounter for me; funny enough the first server and person I duel ends up being as incredible as Saki, where previously I had met her under another alias when she started learning the Single Player (SP) speedrun.
Regardless Sakito has been SOOO amazingly accommodating with me defrosting (thank you <3), and on top of this I really have appreciated the other duels I've shared with other community members. I am honestly (very happily) surprised how much I've sparked desire back into dueling which has been a decade+ coming.
Something I want to acknowledge is that I don't care what I have accomplished in the past, both dueling and speedrunning; I am happy from the interactions + discussions I have with people here around whatever, and appreciate, but don't care about validation from my past deeds. I am simply another human playing a video game for fun.

ps I am not going to lie, I spent like 2 hours trying to remember how to get my profile and banner image to work and it did not; sadness was had
pss: Oh uhhh I guess in terms of dueling I do a hybrid offensive/defensive style of yellow that relies on stalls, weird swing combos and diagonals to take advantage and establish swing priority with good footwork. (once again still icy as all heck)
