Hello KR,

I would like to report abusive admins that were on the KR server from approx. 11:30pm to 12:55am CST. During this time, I repeatedly asked for help from Holy, due to a running dueling who claims I lamed him the first few seconds of the duel. When he finally tele'd him to me, he ran again and would not help after I asked repeatedly again. During this time, I did lame him to get him out the duel (broken rule) and began to ask why I was not helped. While I was asking for help around this time, I was flamed and ignored by the admins, and eventually was silenced because I was starting drama and provoking (which I asked for that to be explained as well but was ignored again). Next, I went on to try and duel a friend in our average flipkick duels, making sure to turn on sabers before kicking so we are both armed, and after the first flipkick, we are both permanently armed until one of us chats. I was slapped by Cloud, and was killed shortly after because of it. I asked him why he slapped me and for an apology, but was not given one, even after explaining that it was not a lame, and after my friend said it was not a lame. I wanted to talk to someone about this abuse, so I used /amsay to report rule-breaking (which admin abuse is a broken rule), and I was silenced again. Finally, I was slept and kicked because Spencor, who was going around with melee up (you can check the logs to look at his kills), walked in front of my by the pit and I flipkicked him in.

Is there any way a higher-level admin can look into this and please tell me why there is still abusive admins that are allowed to do these types of things?

nobody else was involved but me in this admin situation, parasite and toxic were provoking eachother after the duel had taken place 'which holy was trying to figure out how to fix the issue but this had happened'^. parasite had threatened to lame holy also. you were ignored because i had answered your questions quite a few times and you had demanded for an apology from holy for no reason. i had apologised on behalf of the admins for not taking action in the time before you had lamed him. as for you being slapped and slept. you were laming quite a bit and at times even admitted to it. reporting yourself among other things and abusing amsay multiple times. anyways, this is all i have to say about it.

I reported myself about 30 minutes prior to the slap for an accidental lame, I said it right after it happened. As far as provoking goes, I still have no idea what you mean, as well as the "you were laming quite a bit" part. I lamed twice, and said when I did it about 30 minutes to an hour prior. An apology here is about as half-hearted as anything I've seen; just because you post it on the forums does not make it sincere. I want the abuse to end for EVERYONE, not just myself.

You refused to go in spec when I asked you to do so when you said your opponent was running away from a duel then things got escalated and everyone got tired of you asking what the rules are which led to you abusing the admin amsay commands. Cloud did his duty as the rest of us. You keep bringing up the drama asking what you did wrong and you were taking it too far knowing already what damage you had started. Jawfin is welcomed to read the logs. I am backing out now but i vouch for Cloud. And you DID break several rules in this server, unfortunately. I am staying out of this one. This is between you and Cloud.

How is that fair for me to go to spec when someone is breaking the rules? Does that make sense to you? I never denied breaking server rules (laming) and from what I know, I did not abuse amsay, I even asked politely before using it because I wanted to be courteous, but again all the admins in the server ignored me.

I'm apology if I'm not allowed to posted here, but I have witness everything. On the meantime as Cloud already mentioned that you guys did provoking each others. Even though, we asked you nicely right out of the gate to refrain from provoking each others to create more problems. You refused to stop. This is what lead us to take actions based on what you say and what your actions you did displayed on the server. You still kept up provoking and ignored the admins that we asked you nicely to stop. You are also did lames someone by flipkicking them who is not armed at all and that person fell in holes, and you kept continue doing this and I don't see any accidental and this was an intentional one. You also use the amsay in a conversations. I asked you to refrain to message amsay in a conversations way and it wasn't apart of who lames or else. But you kept up continue even though we already gave you warn. We did silence you that you kept abuse an amsay. You did reconnect out of your punishment altogether not only by silences, but laming and others are still counted. We asked you nicely to please stop avoiding the punishment because this will never helps your cases. I did slept you because I already seen you flipkick someone who is not armed before I take further steps to sleep you. This is what the problems on the tables. So when will you stop provoking? When will you stop attacking on unarmed players? It is unfortunately I don't see any changes.

I requested you to go in spec cuz you got sick of him running away in the duels cuz he wouldn't finish it. BUT you decided not to and stood there along with the troublemaker. I could have forced spec you in but I don't know the command for that and I could have asked other members for it and I apologize for that but the rest got out of hand and you know what you did. I will say nothing more. This is up to Cloud to weight in here cuz you did know what you did wrong on the server. You kept up the charade and drama and I will say nothing more. Jawfin can read those logs if he needs to understand what went on here. I am sorry if you didn't like how things panned out but KR is a great server and these admins do their duty. Not one of them has abused anything towards you. They were doing what their duty was. You carried it out too far.

Okay where do I start with this? As I said before, I had been asking in chat multiple times about how I was provoking Toxic, and no one seems to be giving me a straight answer. When the map restarted, I did not say a single word to him. How can I provoke someone without talking to them? As for the flipkick, I never said it was accidental, it WAS intentional. The flipkick was directed at Spencor, who had been using nothing but melee the whole time he was connect. You can check his kills, and if possible, look at his weapon switching. He WAS melee. As for the other flipkick, against KataKingKyle, who is my friend on voice even, I told him to ignite sabe, which he did, when I kicked him, and he kicked me back. We were both armed at this point, but no one seems to care about that either. How are either of these people I attacked unarmed? Did you even read what I said in my original post? Did you see in game when he said he was not lamed? This is exactly what I am talking about. You guys just ignore everything I say, and then blame things on me because you are already frustrated I was not provoking or laming or abusing things. The way I used /amsay was not just illy dilly, it was to report the admins who abused their power because they can. They want to silence me because of whatever reasons; they do. I was given the typical response of "you are provoking him", but again, I did not say a single word to Toxic, my whole conversation was directed at Holy. I avoided punishment because I did nothing wrong, and no matter how many times you claim that I was attacking unarmed people, I will tell you that he was not unarmed, even Kojiro was attacking him because he had melee out the WHOLE time. I am not some new player who needs to be reminded of the rules about laming. That is why I reported myself when I actually did lame, that was on Toxic by the way, on accident.

Please read what I say before posting a response on here. It makes it look even more unprofessional when I am trying to defend my case against this from happening, and you are doing the same thing on here than you are in-game; ignoring whatever it is I have to say.

Whilst I don't doubt your story, I also don't have time to look through hundreds of thousands of lines of logs - which are unfriendly to read in the first place. Whether you consider this fair or not, as the complainant it's your job to bring the proof. This can be done via condumps and screenshots - and even then the point being made has to be highlighted. It would take me quite a few hours to follow up on your points raised, and even then I only have access to the server logs (no images). Please post if you have anything like this to share. Sorry again but this is just the way it has to be - the server generates between 100,000 & 1,000,000 lines of text per day.
