Hey, KR!
I'm cf.Steak. For those wondering, no the, "cf.," is not a clan. It's just part of my name, and stands for, "Chicken Fried." It's sort of just a goofy inside joke between some friends and I, but it became an online moniker recently.
I started playing JKA about a year after in came out. I think I was 11 at the time. I joined a clan called Assassins of the Lightsabre. It died, and the active members formed, Order of the Ravens, which eventually became Azuma Zaibatsu, which was sort of after my time. I came back after a break, and co-led a clan with the guy who originally led {AL}, and it we called it, .endless»; which ironically did end, but lasted a few years. In 2012, it started to devolve into a toxic, laming clan. We finally realized we were just bored, and could only find fun by being garbage people, so we quit.
It's been 5 years, and I thought I'd check everything out again. KR definitely seems to preserve a lot of what made JKA fun to begin with. There's an incredible range of skill and personality on the server, so I've had a lot of fun getting to duel and converse with so many of you. It's been an exciting experience getting to nostalgia so hard.
I don't really know what else is worth mentioning, other than my JKA history.
