I come to KR all the time, and I change my name to all sorts of things. I changed it just now and got auto banned immediately. I didn't break the rules or anything. It's a joke from Key and Peele on comedy central I referenced. 
Yeah I saw that, the name might have previously belonged to someone the firewall doesn't like

Ah yea, this was lifted *immediately* as it happened, like within 2 seconds! Doing /reconnect would have allowed you in.
Unfortunately you chose a name which contained the name of someone not welcome on server. The name was "SneakyRuthlessBlackIce" and astute KR members may be able to identify the trigger in that. That firewall rule was changed so it won't happen again.
