Hello again,

About 10 minutes ago, Rogue was silencing about 4 players left and right for rule violations such as failing to speak English in chat.

I bring up how interesting it is that your rules are designed for fun, yet all they do is present seemingly endless opportunities for admins to punish players.

The Spanish-speaking players proceed to disconnect from the server for being treated rashly.

In my criticism, KR John tells me to stop whining. I respond, stop being a terrible clan.

Rogue proceeds to silence me with 0 warning, saying I was provoking. John was clearly provoking as well.http://imgur.com/a/kbJTg

This is not the first, second, third, fourth, or tenth time Rogue flexes his admin muscles in a questionable manner. He also consistently fails to communicate in a clear, understanding manner with players.

---Update--: I say Rogue loves to flex his admin muscles in response to a player's jabbing as to why I submitted a complaint, apparently that is malicious provoking as well. Silenced without warning. http://imgur.com/a/afe6x

Well you did call KR a terrible clan on their own server. Can't exactly expect to not be silenced after that.
The Spanish-speaking players proceed to disconnect from the server for being treated rashly.
They disconnected to evade their punishments. Rogue was in the right to sleep them for laming and silence them for not speaking English.

Sounds like you want to complain for the sake of complaining tbh.

No, they ended up disconnecting entirely because they couldn't immediately reconcile with Rogue's wishes for English-only. The reconnecting did happen.

The point is that John provoked me equally, and he gets off scot free. My response to his provocation not only receives no warning, but is insta-silenced. To clarify, I take 0 issue with John's comment. I don't care, he's a cool guy. What I do care is Rogue stepping in without John's input to silence me, with no warning given.

Thanks for your feedback.

I was not on the server at the time of the incident, but it is against the rules to speak other languages in main chat - we would rather that go on in pm.

I'm sorry you feel like such a victim, B. I'd hate to live my life always complaining and selling myself out for attention I don't get elsewhere. I truly don't understand, nor do I care, as to why if our community bothers you so greatly that you continuously stick around and visit. Keep in mind, there's a direct correlation between credibility and telling tall tales.

For all occurrences, they'll be investigated. The complaint has been made, the outcome is not a public matter.

*Posting on a locked thread to clear things up*

As I was there for all this, I will say that the 2 people Rogue was dealing with were repeatedly laming and speaking some language(Romanian or Spanish) in public chat. One of them supposedly could not speak english and the other could. They were given adequate warning and dealt with accordingly and as best as any admin could do unless said admin could speak the language of the rule-breakers. While it is unfortunate that the language barrier can prevent certain players from enjoying all the benefits of online gaming on our server, that's just the way it is. We are an english speaking clan with a US based server, we can't meet everyone's needs.

While they did disconnect, it was because they could not follow the rules or did just not care, but they did come back. One even returned later under a different name and started laming and he was managing to speak decent english(It's a miracle!).

Now about your silence, it was not Rogue who silenced you. It was me, both times. You were silenced due to your constant negative commentary, challenging admins over pretty much everything, and speaking spanish in public chat(telling a slept lamer to say yes to whatever rogue said) even after Rogue had given multiple warnings about it. You were then unsilenced and then proceeded to make more negative, admin-slamming comments to Rogue, at which point I may have silenced you again.

No, you are not going to get a warning every time you take up such behavior. We are not going to argue with you and determine definitions every time you decide to challenge us. There is a line and if you cross it, you will be silenced. That was all already discussed in your last topic:

I'm not asking this as an admin, I'm asking this as someone who enjoys playing Jedi Academy. You can dance around words here all you like, but you know that really you do enjoy to stir the pot. I have witnessed this behavior firsthand, and I can tell from how others speak of you I know I am not the only one. It's pretty obvious that antagonizing, provoking, trolling are all bad for our server's morale, and it is toxic to our community as a whole (which is one of the last communities in this game, mind you).

If you can do these two things I will be happy to lift your ban.
Just because we are admins does not mean you get to antagonize us. You have been given adequate warning and I am certainly not going to warn you every time I'm on the server. Repeated warnings = ban. Stop playing us and testing the limits. And since you have expressed interest in us posting proof I have created a picture for you:
