WOW

I just got to see Rogue One, and boy oh boy is it a good time to be alive!
This film was excellent. I really have no flaws with it, aside from what I wanted more of. The use of CGI on two partcular 'characters' was a little werid, but other then that i had an absolute blast.

Tell me what you guys think, and please be considerate that some may read this forum and have not seen the film. No Spoilers!

The funny thing is, my Dad, my brother, and I are all in a triangular set of opinions: My brother thought it was leaps and bounds better than the Force Awakens, my Dad could not decide on which was superior, and I liked the Force Awakens more then Rogue One slightly.

I enjoyed this film much, much more than I enjoyed TFA. I think it captured the feel of the OT more and it told an interesting story as well. The main cgi character didn't bother me, although the one at the end was kind of weird. Didn't like the score so much, it was obvious it wasn't John Williams and they didn't really use any of the old music. Really, really liked the costume and prop design for the rebels. That really helped bring the movie to life.

was super entertaining, little disappointed by content though. As a star wars fan I feel the same way, tad bit disappointed. I'm biased in that sense, I don't care about the crap that's already happened I want to see new stuff that expands the Didnuh universe. I really hope they don't do go through with a han solo movie ... they're riding off the demographic of people who grew up with the original trilogy. So uninteresting to me, the entire era as a whole is just so boring. The clone wars were fascinating, so was the rise/fall of the republic.

It was alright. I found the first quarter/half actually quite boring. In all honesty, I only liked two of the main characters. The music was rather dull as well. The second half was rather enjoyable though. Overall it was an above average movie.

I loved the movie, especially the last scene!
