Once again like Jawfin mentioned, we can't trusted you based on why you've been breaking the rules so far.

Which, obviously, is a proxy - thus no promise it will work on KR.

No.
Without knowing your IP, which you can pm to me, I have no way of knowing which IP range caught you. To be fair, I did mention that several times, and it was stating the obvious. You could be in a proxy range, another [bad] person near you could of raised a range, you may have triggered an old rule against you from a while back, you may have changed IPs - I cannot know which, or something else, until I know what IP is actually blocked!

Yup, you fired up an old rule. In the past, due to your constant rule breaking and putting on KR tags, and flaming, and trolling, and trying to trick the admins with slot number names, etc., the server auto-flagged your IP range as undesirable. In actual fact you have not had that same IP - here's a few you've been given by your ISP: -

Also, due to your past behavior of repeated attempts to connect, you will most likely find that when your ISP changes your IP again it'll fire another banning rule (the server is self-learning, it adapts to dynamic IPs). I'll lift them as I see them, but don't say you weren't warned!

Additionally, for some reason, Russians maintain the belief they are the best hackers in the world, and prove it by all them script-kiddies running hacking apps they downloaded and triggering every honey-pot there is. Subsequently Russian IPs are have the highest percent of blacklisted IPs by country. Therefore, don't be surprised when a new IP you get assigned was previously abused by some script baby thus tainting it. Such skills.
