Got a problem with our admins? Please feel free to express here!

The fact of the matter is, regardless whether or not you only wore the tags because they "looked cool" doesn't debunk the fact that you affiliated yourself with your "friends" who bore those same tags. And with the evidence of the logs, showed intent to cause disruption on the server. Whether this was in jest or not, we do not take these things lightly. If you go to a club with the same shirt on as everyone else, whether you're a part of the club or not, people looking at you will see that you are wearing the same shirt, and therefore see that you identify with them. Don't really think how we can be any clearer than we already have been, and its really just going in circles at this point. The bottom line is, and as Jawfin said:
Jawfin wrote:your ban stays in place.

Whatever you are trying to explain there isn't a clan raid, and there is no evidence of us showing intent to disrupt the server, stop making assumptions and talking for someone. Perhaps you shouldn't speak for Jawfin yourself actually, you are the same one that abused your admin powers because me and zee were simply grappling each other.

As everyone else here would agree with me, when you grapple someone who is unarmed, it damages their shield or health if they have no shield, and is therefore laming. But that's a separate topic.

Here here, Midget.

*sigh*
The term "raid" dates back the old times when there were more clans, and they would raid other clan servers, causing as much chaos as they could before they got banned. Like you said the ?¿ doesn't necessarily make you and your friends a clan but it does give the impression that you are all in the same group and "(t)rolling" together. It at least looks that way from the chat log here. When such events happen they are classified as raids, for lack of a better term that's one syllable long. :P

Anyway, if you were paying attention or even just read back through the previous posts, you will discover that your ban was put in place before the whole raid thing was even brought to attention. To be blunt, you got yourself banned, it was not the sole result of your groups actions. Those just added to the fire. Jawfin answered your request in the first reply to your topic:
Jawfin wrote:Hey Mark, welcome to the forums :)

The reason was constant trolling after being requested multiple times not to. The proof that it was well received was all the rejoicing on server after it was effected. I don't state this to insult you, just to show that it was justified.

[sarcasm]But please, make more threats, that way we really want you to hang around with us.[/sarcasm]

Or perhaps, when you're ready, you could play without upsetting everyone.
Now since I might have gotten your memory remembering things I would also like to remind you that you have yet to post an apology(heck, just a "No, I won't do it again" might have even worked) and instead just posted threats and tried to insult the only people who could remove that ban.

I would also like to remind you that our server(and forum) is owned by members of KR and that it is a privilege for everyone, even myself, to play on it. You don't have some sort of right to play on our server and disrespect us and our rules. If someone invites you into their home for a party, you don't start insulting the people who live there and disregard the house rules. You would likely be kicked out, banned in this case, until the owners of that home see fit to give you a second chance in. I hope you get the idea and how it relates to you.

I hope this clears things up and answers the question as to why you are still banned.

Okay I mean I trolled like twice and no one told me I would get banned for it, pretty much got banned out of no where, just trying to find out why because i'm pretty sure people have trolled more then me and didn't get banned for it. I didn't actually know anything I did was ban-able and again, just to reiterate, no one told me it was.

In his first reply he was referring to people I knew in real life, so really there was no justification. To me it just sounds like you are all biased to certain people on the server and reluctant to admit when you are wrong.

Also why not bring that to light midget, me and zee were grappling each other at the same time, so to the laming rules, we were technically engaged in very intense grapple combat, therefore not laming, when you decided to stop us for whatever reason by using admin.

Laming is laming, no matter what. Even if you two are in agreement on the matter---- It's still laming and therefore not allowed.

Okay well there have been plenty of times where I was flip kicked for 1 damage in front of an admin and no one did anything about it, where is their slap/sleep/ghost?

Here's the problem:

You asked to be unbanned from the server, to which Jaw told you "no" and gave you hard evidence to support the fact that your ban remain in place. All I've seen to counter this evidence can be summed up with "Nuh uh!" and nothing really beyond that besides insults, disrespect and threats. [rhetorical]How do you expect us to respond to this?[/rhetorical]

Also, to reiterate what Frog and Clank just said: your laming argument has no merit either. You cannot lame no matter who it's with or what the circumstances are behind it. If an admin does not see a lame, they cannot punish it.

As Jawfin has told you three times now that your request has been denied, this thread has served it's purpose. The answer is no.
