I heard they announced this during some conference along with information regarding windows 10.

Their fancy promotional video was pretty funny to watch because they were clearly using pre rendered footage. Their actual live demo was pretty cool to watch. Very basic and probably heavily practiced but if it preforms at all like the demo it could be a very cool device. I'm not sure I see its going to become anything too main stream for at least a couple iterations. Especially considering how uncomfortable the helmet looked. Could end up pretty cool though.
