But really, just make a picture, upload it to a photo uploading/sharing site such as photo bucket, take the img code, and paste it as your signature under your profile settings thingy.

That's just a gif animation that I found on a website I regularly browse. But with browser add-ons, you can take a video and turn it into a gif.
If you find one on YouTube that you want, or another video website, I can try creating one for you to use

Yep. Img is just a tag to show the physical link being put such as a gif or png.

And how could you miss the post with the cigarette smoking man?
