Hi. I was banned for dodging a silence multiple times. I was silenced because an admin misinterpreted a sentance I had said to someone. I'll happily discuss this with a forum mod/council member via PMs if further investigation is needed.

I warned you and the rest of the server multiple times before this about inappropriate language in chat and bypassing the swear filter. Needless to say, from these logs I'd say there is very little "interpreting" that needs to be done.

I am happy to lift your ban. However, I would like the following understood:

• We do not allow inappropriate language on our server.
• We do not tolerate disconnecting out of punishment.
• You are to follow ALL of the rules while you are visiting our server (listed in detail here if you need clarification). I am aware that you have not broken any others to my knowledge, but this is important so this does not have to happen again.

If the above is understood and agreed upon, I will lift your ban.

Read back a bit further and you'll find I was explaining to [YUN] that I was gay. Your censor didn't allow me to say the word gay so I said "g@y". Humorously, I asked him if he too was gay/bi by saying "do u touch mens d".

A minor critique; you should investigate a little before taking an administrative action. Numerous times I've seen things like this happen to other players on other servers, including my own clan's server because of a misunderstanding or admin-turreting.

The censor is there because we do not want those words said. I don't feel I need to explain that any further. As I said in my previous post, I (and Legion and Jawa) warned you and everyone else on server multiple times that we want to keep our server free of inappropriate and sexual language. You continued despite our warnings, and thus were silenced.

I have investigated the matter thoroughly (hence the logs ^) and my statements still stand. My offer for your ban to be lifted is still on the table if you agree to the terms above.

The rules are obvious. The obligation for you to follow them is greater than ours of how you think we should observe your interpretations. Ignoring the person reciting this to you, then repeatedly reconnecting after being warned what the result of that would of been doesn't say much for the strength of your other arguments. The point in fact is even on this thread Falcon clearly and directly asked you a question several times which you have chosen to ignore. If we're here to respect your intelligence you aren't starting of too brightly.

In my defense, the chat was moving so fast that I did not see the warnings against my usage of language. I wont even try to defend myself on the reconnects though and I'll openly admit it was in disrespect and that, for once, I got mad at a video game and a portion of its players. But I'd like to apologize and try to start over with you guys. I crossed a line on your server and now that I've found where that line exactly is I'd like to try again.
