Indeed, Skyrim is truly one of the greatest games by Bethesda. Only thing is they need to spend more time working out the bugs. I'll keep updating this thread when I can with the latest and greatest mods. Here's a tip, try avoiding the nexus mod manager when you can. Try to install manually unless the mod requires the NMM.

Here's one for the Assassins Creed fans: Regal Huntsman Armor, compatible with both male and female characters. Gives your character the perfect assassin look.

If you don't have this mod yet, you really need to check it out. It's been out for a long time and it's a complete overhaul of the inventory menu and more. It's called SkyUI and it makes the inventory menu more keyboard user friendly and has much more features. It also lists active effects on your HUD. It gives Skyrim's HUD and inventory menu a more MMO feel. It's one of the most endorsed and well renowned mods out there so give it a try!
