Here's a thought, I think you should up the ante of your bet. How about trying to get yourself arrested? I suggest getting a replica gun, pulling it on a policeman and shouting "I'm going to kill you" or words to that effect.

One of my professors at uni got arrested for playing around with a laser pointer. He and his friends were shining it around, it reflected off a stop sign into a policeman's eyes (who was driving by), he slammed on the brakes, reversed back to them, got out, put 'em in handcuffs and hauled them downtown for questioning.
