Do anyone know where I may attain a working Ultra Utility for JKA that is run from Steam?

There is not a version of UU that works with Steam.

Well, from my understanding, you just need the jamp.exe and to move it from that file to the steam file. which i suppose would be better if the jamp.exe link was shown rather then the game link.
