Well finally we have some good Star Wars related news. Apparently DICE is going to make Battlefront 3 because EA just signed on to make all of the Star Wars Games. BioWare will be making the next KOTOR. Probably KOTOR 3. The original developers who made KOTOR 1 and 2 will be on the next KOTOR project. Imagine BF3 with the Frostbite 3 engine....It's all speculation on which developer is going to make BF3. BUT most likely DICE will make BF3. Thanks Disney for signing on with the worst publisher...I still love the developers though.

Technically, Bioware only made the first KOTOR. KOTOR 2 was developed by Obsidian Entertainment. KOTOR2

However, I do have faith in this...as odd as that may seem seeing how it's EA. Though, I don't hate EA as a company and if they can put their developers on the right games, which imho they have so far, this could be pretty good for the Star Wars franchise in terms of it's games.

Most reviews on the internet say how when EA makes game sequels then they just are horrible, but honestly in my opinion, I find them pretty good. An example of this would be the Command and Conquer Red Alert series, when EA decided to buy C&C and make Red Alert 3, many said it was bad, but I for one, LOVED the game. As for reletivity to the topic, I would love another KotOR, as long as they don't screw up the storylines anymore. Here is what I mean, all of the events that have happened in Star Wars: The Old Republic, is a lie. Reason for this, they screwed up the timeline. There are many examples how, but one of the biggest ones I use, is HK-47. HK-47 is a boss in the game TOR and a formor companion to Revan in KotOR, but he yet again appears in a future game and becomes a boss for Jedi Master Obi-wan kenobi. HK-47 then looses to Obi-wan, and his scraps go on a long journey and process that would take more then this forum post to explain. To put it in Doctor Who terms, the boss fight between HK and Obi-wan is a fixed point in time, meaning that no event can override it, yet somehow in TOR we destroy HK-47. The best way I can explain this is:


But yeah, if they don't screw up the timelines, and don't do poorly with it, then they could possibly make a good sequel to the KotOR games.

Battlefront 2 was a major disappointment for me. I hope 3 will be better/more like the first one.

as i heard DICE wont be making a Battlefront 3 as a sequel with a diffrent story they are doing a battlefront1 but just making it better
