Yoshi

Someone wanted me to make a Yoshi model, and I did. (Except I have not added the ridges or shell on his back)

I want to get my Yoshi model into JKA... ! Unfortunately, I have no way to get 3ds max 7 or older.

Anyone know how to get a model into the game with 3ds max 2009, 2010? Tank you.

I have 3DS Max 2010, I got a plugin that allows .glm importing AND exporting, I feel that may help you... I'm not a modder, so I have no idea how to use 3DS Max, however I again got the plugin, and it works fine, if you want it, I can give it to you, I think it will help! :)

I am already able to export/import glm (otherwise, I would not have been able to make all these weapons).

Someone informed me about Mod Tools 7.5 which have built in dotXSI support; I will check it out. :)

Anyhow, I am done with the model (for now). I have added the ridges and shell. What i need now is to make the texture and UV map it (Im bad at UV, so it will be good practice!).

The model is made in low poly, but I also have a turbo-smooth'd version of it. If it works in JA, might as well use that right? Who knows. Never made a JKA playermodel before. I will probably end up making alot more if I figure how to get it into JKA.

Done with textures and everything! (I dont like the ridges, I may improve/remove them later)

I guess I should learn how to make player models now...!

Your name confused me, YOSHImatsu. Jawa was using a Yoshimitsu model that made yoshi sounds, which made me think of Yoshi, which made me make this.

Lol, I do remember putting yoshi sounds on my skin.... poorly, but they are there. I'm just gonna go ahead and call this one yoshi-ception
